Reporting : National Credit Manager
Product : Unsecured Loan

Responsibilities:
General Accountability :
- Managing a team of Branch credit managers Credit Executives managers.
- Conduct personal discussion with customers to establish Credit worthiness.
- Pre and post sanction credit risk compliance.
- Responsible for controlling delinquencies through portfolio review especially monitoring nonstarters portfolio.
- Control on portfolio performance.
- Underwrite specific retail loan proposals and prepare Credit Appraisal Memo (CAM).
- Coordinate with sales to achieve targets and ensure TAT or SLAs are met
- Manage the team of Credit officers Credit Admin and off roll staff
Desired Profile :
- Graduate with 8 years of work experience/ Post Graduate/Chartered Accountant
- Minimum 68 Years of experience in Credit
- Experience in NBFC / Banking
- Knowledge of MS office
- Should have experience in underwriting unsecured loans for salaried self employed and MSMEs
Skill & Competencies :
- Good communication skills High on integrity
- Outgoing & Self motivated
