Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has an opening for a Permanent FullTime Physical Therapist position. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.

Shift: Days Full Time

Salary: $95000.00 to $125000.00

The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing evaluation and treatment upon physician referral to a patient population consisting of varying diagnoses. The Physical Therapist will assess identify and treat all areas of deficits impacting posture locomotion strength endurance balance coordination joint mobility flexibility pain and functional abilities in daily living. The Physical Therapist provides instruction and education to the patient/caregiver to promote the safe execution of the facilitatory techniques taught. The Physical Therapist supports and contributes to the service excellence mission of the medical center and the HomeCare and Services Departments.

This position is responsible for the agerelated physiological emotional and cognitive needs of the following age groups of patients: Pediatric adolescent adult and geriatric.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• One year experience in acute care extended care rehabilitation mental health or outpatient setting is required

Licenses Certifications and Registration:

• Current Physical Therapy license from the State of California
• Current CPR certification
• Current California Drivers License
• Eligible to be insured under the Medical Centers Liability Policy with DMV Report (and minimum age 21)
• Proof of current auto insurance coverage (no business exclusion)

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Must demonstrate technical competence professional clinical judgment communication skills and sensitivity to the patient and family.
• Clinical skills and knowledge to successfully achieve desired outcomes in assigned patients.
• Ability to provide treatment to address the practical and realistic needs and goals of the patient.
• Must be able to fulfill the essential functions of the position.
