• Handle incoming Hindi voice calls from customers

• Efficiently navigate through customer information systems and databases

Required qualifications

• Fluency in spoken and written Hindi language
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle and resolve customer issues calmly and efficiently
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer information systems
