• Provide strategic HR leadership for the Odisha region aligning HR initiatives with regional business objectives.
• Lead the full HR lifecycle encompassing recruitment onboarding performance management employee relations and talent development.
• Champion a culture of high performance fostering a work environment that attracts retains and motivates top talent in the solar energy sector.
• Partner effectively with regional business leaders to ensure HR strategies support operational excellence.
• Oversee all aspects of HR compliance maintaining adherence to labor laws and regulations.
• Cultivate strong relationships with employees at all levels fostering trust open communication and a sense of belonging.
• Spearhead the development and implementation of innovative HR initiatives that drive employee engagement and retention across the region.

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in a senior HR leadership role within solar energy manufacturing renewable energy and EPC relevant industries.
• Proven track record of building and leading highperforming HR teams demonstrably contributing to organizational success.
• Deep understanding of HR best practices and a comprehensive knowledge of employment law.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate HR initiatives into measurable business results.
• Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills with a collaborative and resultsoriented approach.
