Service Now Developer

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• ITSM HRSD experience is a must.
• Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollout of new applications and modules.
• Develop and enhance ServiceNow service management solutions using JavaScript and AngularJS.
• Collaborate with business analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle using agile methodologies.
• Work with technical and nontechnical stakeholders to define and deliver solutions.
• Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST SOAP and other APIs.
• Configure and maintain the CMDB in ServiceNow.
• Perform system and integration testing to ensure successful deployment of ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements to ServiceNow solutions.
• Document design specifications installation instructions and other systemrelated information.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript HTML and CSS for ServiceNow development.
• Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices.
• Knowledge of AngularJS or other modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using web services and APIs.
• Ability to work in an agile development environment.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and a proactive mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
