Scrum Master

• Lead the initial setup of Agile practices within the organization.
  
• Educate and guide the team on Agile principles and the Scrum framework.
  
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.
  
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define and prioritize the product roadmap.
  
• Assist in creating and maintaining a welldefined product backlog.
  
• Ensure alignment between the product roadmap and business goals.
  
• Facilitate daily standups sprint planning sprint reviews and retrospectives.
  
• Act as a bridge between the Scrum team and stakeholders ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals and progress.
  
• Manage stakeholder expectations.
  
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
  
• Experience in setting up and managing Scrum teams at the beginning of a digital transformation.
  
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
  
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
  
• Agile Leadership Certifications (CALE CALT CALO) are a plus.
  
• Fluent in English and Hungarian is mandatory.
