Medior Data Engineer

• Design and implement robust data pipelines to collect process and store large datasets.
  
• Develop and maintain scalable data architectures and databases.
  
• Collaborate with data analysts and data scientists to understand data needs and deliver optimized solutions.
  
• Ensure the reliability efficiency and security of the data infrastructure.
  
• Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows to ensure smooth operations.
  
• Implement data governance and best practices for data management.
  
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve data engineering processes.
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data engineering preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python Java or Scala.
  
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g. Hadoop Spark Kafka).
  
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with relational and nonrelational databases.
  
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud) and containerization tools (e.g. Docker Kubernetes).
  
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  
• Fluent in Hungarian and intermediate proficiency in English.
