Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Customer Acquisition: Identify and engage potential customers in assigned areas to generate sales.
  
• Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the companys products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
  
• Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs market trends and competitive landscape.
  
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
  
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and sales performance.
  
• Promotions and Campaigns: Participate in promotional activities and marketing campaigns to boost sales and brand awareness.
  
• Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve products and services.
  

Requirements

• Experience: Prior experience in automobile sales or any field sales role is preferred.
  
• Education: Plus Two or equivalent.
  
• Communication: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Sales Skills: Proven ability to sell products and services effectively.
  
• SelfMotivated: Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a field sales role.
  
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  
• Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to different situations and work environments.
  
• Driving License: Valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle (if required for travel).
