Program Manager Data/AI

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager with a strong background in Data and AI along with expertise in Tableau and Power BI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing datadriven projects ensuring successful delivery and driving strategic initiatives that leverage data analytics and AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Lead and manage multiple data and AI projects from inception to completion ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and within budget.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including data scientists analysts and business stakeholders to define project goals requirements and deliverables.

Data Analysis and Visualization: Utilize Tableau and Power BI to create interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Team Leadership: Mentor and guide team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tableau and Power BI for data visualization and reporting.

Expierence Range

Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management with a focus on data and AI projects.

Secondary Skills (Good To have)*

PMP Scrum Master or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Experience with other data visualization tools and programming languages (e.g. Python R).

Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and AI frameworks.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure) and big data technologies.
