Job Description:

  • Unified Communications ( IPT & Contact Center Technologies)
  • Experience 6 10 years
  • Keywords Unified Communication ( Cisco IPT & Contact Center ) MS Teams Voice ( Direct Routing & Operator Connect)Cisco Contact Center Express / EnterpriseGenesys Cloud Contact Center
  • SBC ( Session Border Controller)ISDN Voice Gateways Network Recording Solutions

Job Requirements:

Technical

  • Good knowledge on Cisco Voice Gateways/ CUBE & SBC.
  • Good knowledge on Cisco Unified Communication Manager 12.xCisco Unity Connection 12.x
  • Good in troubleshooting of issues related to products like Cisco Unified Call Manager Cisco Unity connection Voice Gateway (SIP H.323) CUBE and Fax and IP phones MS teams SBC.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting Voice protocols like SIP H323 MGCP RTP SRST
  • Knowledge on Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN analog signaling and SIP
  • Hands on experience on integration of 3rd party application with Cisco Voice environment.
  • Knowledge of Voice & Video Recording Servers like Verbaand other 3rd party recording systems.
  • Good Communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Cisco UCCX
  • Hands on experience on Cisco Jabber
  • Knowledge on Genesys Pure Connect platform will have an extra advantage

Functional

  • Functioning as L2 Cisco IPT resource.
  • Perform vendor interaction with internal and external support organizations when required.
  • Should communicate effectively and flexible in 24X5 support.
  • Should be able to handle issues alone.

Certification

  • Any Cisco Collaboration Certification ( not mandatory)
