Sr Manager AGM Quality

We are looking for a Sr Manager/ AGM Quality for a company that is into heavy engineering

To achieve Company goal he/she will have to:
Create Adapt and establish the Quality system to comply with Product specifications Product
Quality Customer requirement Environmental & Safety objectives.
Contribute actively to Customer Satisfaction
Develop Quality system to achieve Zero defect Product monitor and reduce Customer
complaints
Minimize Rework / Rejection.
Representing organization while customer visits.
Contribute actively to the development and profitability of the Company by reducing
nonquality cost
Develop Quality and skills of his team by developing Audits on process and system internally
and with suppliers
Organize the improvement process through indicators.
Strong coordinator with parent company and with other departments
Guarantee quality of products by monitoring incoming inspection manufacturing process and
continuous improvements actions.
Guarantee quality of products supplied by suppliers vendors.
Factual and regular written reporting to the MD
Provide training related to quality domains/control efficiency of all kind of training including
workshop training.
Work Experience
The candidate must have experience in a Manufacturing Process industry.
Management of Quality teams Conduct Quality review meetings implementation of
Quality tools.
