Job Title: Systems Analyst/Technical Business Analyst

Location: Albany NY(Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

• Process mapping and improvement;
• Key Performance Indicator development and tracking;
• Liaising between business units and the application development team to clearly define and document requirements for system development and/or changes including consideration of downstream impacts;
• Prioritization of system changes ensuring alignment with Agency initiatives and overall business need;
• Direct collaboration with the development team as needed;
• Management of release schedules (timing of code migrations preliminary testing coordination of UAT communication to staff re: any necessary application downtime and release notes)
• Data governance & internal controls;
• Creation and maintenance of necessary system documentation;
• Conduct additional tasks related to implementation of a successful data management program as recommended by the vendor.
  
  Requirements
