• Pursue leads and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Customer Interaction:
• Educate potential clients on the advantages of solar energy solutions.
• Offer indepth details on product features and pricing.
• Address customer questions and issues effectively.
• Sales Procedures:
• Evaluate and understand customers requirements to ensure satisfaction.
• Finalize sales and meet monthly and quarterly goals.
• Maintain call and sales records and record pertinent details.
• Followup:
• Arrange meetings for the sales team with potential clients.
• Keep in touch through followup emails and ongoing customer communication.
• Feedback and Reporting:
• Offer insights on customer engagements and pinpoint areas for product enhancement.
• the management team on call results and customer feedback.

• Education: Must have a high school diploma a Bachelor degree is a bonus.
• Experience: Must demonstrate experience in telemarketing or sales experience in the
• solar industry is advantageous.
• Skills: Must possess outstanding communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
