Primary Duties:
Cold Calling:
- Initiate contact with prospective C& I clients to present our solar offerings.
- Pursue leads and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Customer Interaction:
- Educate potential clients on the advantages of solar energy solutions.
- Offer indepth details on product features and pricing.
- Address customer questions and issues effectively.
- Sales Procedures:
- Evaluate and understand customers requirements to ensure satisfaction.
- Finalize sales and meet monthly and quarterly goals.
- Maintain call and sales records and record pertinent details.
- Followup:
- Arrange meetings for the sales team with potential clients.
- Keep in touch through followup emails and ongoing customer communication.
- Feedback and Reporting:
- Offer insights on customer engagements and pinpoint areas for product enhancement.
- the management team on call results and customer feedback.
Skills & Qualification :
- Education: Must have a high school diploma a Bachelor degree is a bonus.
- Experience: Must demonstrate experience in telemarketing or sales experience in the
- solar industry is advantageous.
- Skills: Must possess outstanding communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
