Job Description
- 2 4 years experience specifically in day to day operations of a large enterprise Office 365 implementation. Subject Matter Expert level skills specifically in Exchange including Intune policy setup.
- The candidate should have solid fundamentals in basic PowerShell and experience in automation of tasks is a plus
- The candidate should be able to perform some engineering level work and be highly capable in documenting processes and knowledge articles.
- Be selfdriven and motivated to learn
- Working knowledge of computer hardware systems chipsets memory modules and peripherals.
- Knowledge of popular operating systems (Window / MAC Linux) software applications and remote connection systems.
- Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
