We are looking for a diligent and detailoriented Payment Monitoring Officer to join our dynamic team and uphold the integrity of our payment processes.

Job Description:

As a Payment Monitoring Officer you will play a critical role in monitoring and managing the payment processes within our platform. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing transactions ensuring compliance with regulations and identifying any irregularities or fraudulent activities. This role is vital in maintaining the trust and safety of our player community

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Daily monitoring of processing quality of the payment traffic making sure target approval rate stable and report on the irregularities.
  • Setting up of analytics and alerting tools.
  • Daily whitelisting of customer database.
  • Alerting customer support for maintenance downtimes or any other issue.
  • Expertise on routing logic and identifying low performing routing logic (can be trained).
  • PSP account management.
  • Dealing with support requests problematic transactions refunding fraud investigation.
  • Assisting support with technical knowledge.
  • Creating directives & guidelines for customers on the cashier.
  • Assisting on KYC/AML customer journey; creating project guidelines and applying on the cashier.
  • Providing the marketing & support department with necessary knowledge and tools to reach their targets.
  • Assisting in implementation of new methods product updates and regions.
  • Testing of payment methods making sure there are no blind spots with UI/UX issues on the payment flows identifying and resolving such cases with the relevant teams.
  • Centralising a summarised payment database on abilities of payment methods.
  • Competitive intelligence; reviewing competitors and researching new methods.
  • Assistance with Project Management.


SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluency in English Language.
  • Experience in Payments Industry/EMIs. Dealing with the main payment methods including credit cards internet bank transfers and others Monitoring and Analysis of payments on highrisk verticals and jurisdictions.
  • Proven experience in online product liaison with payment solution providers.
  • Adequate knowledge of integration and onboarding process and requirements with payment solutions suppliers.
  • Adequate knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management working with internationally dispersed multilingual teams.
  • Experience with PaymentIQ.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills analytical thinking attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing priorities multitask and work under pressure.
  • Must be flexible towards demanding work schedules to effectively guide teams in different time zones.
  • Ensure that thirdparty vendors and suppliers comply with applicable regulations. Review vendor contracts and agreements to mitigate compliance risks.
