Job Description:
The Brand Manager will be responsible for identifying engaging and managing broker relationships to maximise traffic sales. This role requires a resultsdriven individual with exceptional communication and negotiation skills who can close deals and maintain longterm partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Traffic Sales: Proactively sell premium traffic to brokers ensuring optimal revenue generation.
- Broker Engagement: Develop and manage relationships with brokers to promote and sell traffic.
- Deal Negotiation: Close sales deals effectively ensuring favourable terms for both parties.
- Market Expansion: Identify new geographical markets and opportunities for traffic sales.
- Strategic Planning: Create and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor broker performance and sales metrics providing actionable insights.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in brand management sales or broker management preferably in trading or financial services.
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- A portfolio demonstrating successful broker management is a plus.
