The Role:

Amega Group is a growing fintech company seeking a highly motivated IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying attracting and hiring top IT talent to support our growing technical needs. This role requires a deep understanding of IT roles and the ability to manage the full recruitment life cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand IT staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies

• Source and attract top IT talent using various channels including job boards social media networking and employee referrals

• Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates technical skills experience and cultural fit

• Manage the full recruitment process including job postings applicant tracking interview coordination and offer negotiations

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role

• Indepth knowledge of IT roles technical skills and industry trends

• Strong interviewing and assessment skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fastpaced environment

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
