Job Description:

As a CMS Content Specialist you will be responsible for developing and implementing a tailored content strategy to meet the unique preferences of the iGaming audience. Your ultimate goal will be to optimise ad exposure surpass competitors and effectively manage budgets to achieve maximum impact.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a tailored content strategy for the iGaming audience.

• Create compelling content for their iGaming website social media channels email newsletters and other communication platforms.

• Manage and assist with the content calendar ensuring timely delivery and alignment with marketing initiatives product launches and other updates.

• Implement website updates promptly including Terms and Conditions banner additions and new bonus introductions.

• Optimise content for SEO to enhance visibility and drive organic traffic.

• Monitor and analyse content marketing performance metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with the retention team to optimise email layouts website content and promotional assets.

• Work with the design team to implement visually appealing banners frontend components and features using HTML JavaScript and CSS.

• Collaborate closely with product marketing design and retention teams to optimise conversion rates.

• Conduct competitor analysis to find content gaps and implement findings.

Requirements and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Design or a related field preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in UX/UI design and optimization with a strong focus on enhancing user engagement and retention within the iGaming sector

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Content Manager within the casino/iGaming industry specifically handling frontend changes on websites through CMS.

• Proficiency in Content Management Systems and Microsoft Office.

• Experience with project management and collaboration tools like Trello and Clickup.

• Proficiency in JavaScript and HTML is a must; CSS and additional languages are a plus.

• Familiarity with industryspecific software like Softswiss.

• Strong understanding of content strategy marketing principles and SEO best practices.

• Proven track record of successfully implementing website changes updates and optimisations.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced global environment.

• Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
