Your Mission

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to gain deeper insights into the world of investor relations and sustainability For our Investor Relations and Sustainability department we are looking for support with research and documentation on capital market and sustainability topics the creation of presentations reports and the organisation of events. You will be part of a small dynamic team that drives sustainability projects and investor relations activities and supports the strategic direction of our company.

This position offers you the opportunity to take responsibility for your own projects. You will have the chance to gain valuable experience and develop both professionally and personally.

THE WORK YOU WILL DO:

• Support the preparation of presentations and analyses for investors top management and other stakeholders.Support the creation and further development of financial and sustainability reports (in accordance with CSRD).
• Maintenance of investor relations databases.
• Collaboration on specific projects to integrate ESG criteria into our business strategy.
• Close cooperation with other divisions and external consultants and service providers.
• Direct dialogue with various departments in particular Finance and the Controlling team.
• Independent management of smaller projects and support for strategic initiatives as well as the opportunity to initiate and drive forward your own projects.
• Support in decision making and suggestions to improve internal processes.

Your profile

• Ongoing studies preferably at Masters level in economics sustainability management finance or a related field.
• No specific certificates required but knowledge of sustainability reporting is an advantage.
• Initial practical experience through internships or similar working student activities in strategy consulting sustainability controlling or M&A.
• Excellent analytical skills good knowledge of MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Experience with reporting tools and databases an advantage.
• Proactive solutionorientated mindset high selfmotivation and resilience and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
• You are available 1620 hours per week for the next 1824 months.
