Tasks

Your Commitment will include

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging data to generate value.
• Develop validate and define the target integration of predictive models to exploit this data.
• Determine the strategy for activating the value of these models concerning performance risk and ethics.
• Develop applications needed to industrialize monitor and retrain the models ensuring compliance with software development standards.
• Maintain a proactive approach towards the cost and efficiency of solutions.
• Work closely with technical experts architects and business stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with functional requirements and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

Achieving the difference requires

• Educational background: Advanced vocational training (EPF HES) or equivalent.
• Bachelors or masters degree in data sciences and development and machine learning tools related to AI.
• Experience in data science projects focused on customer experience or satisfaction is advantageous.
• Experience with the Azure platform and its AI & Machine Learning services (Azure Machine Learning Computer Vision Document Intelligence Generative AI etc.) is beneficial.
• Proficiency in model industrialization tools.
• Strong coding skills and familiarity with automated testing frameworks.
• Expertise in tools for administering data sources (extract transform load) for AI and big data projects.
• Ability to communicate complex information simply (popularizing concepts Explainable AI).
• Capability to work independently and iteratively take the initiative and offer unique perspectives.
• Keep abreast of technological and legal developments to foresee challenges and identify opportunities.
