We need a simple performer of routine tasks who has good knowledge in technical SEO and knows how to optimize the funnel.

Tasks

Implementing the Technical SEO Strategy:

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product development QA engineering and editorial to drive forward SEO initiatives.
• Utilize advanced SEO tools such as Lumar Botify and Screaming Frog Ahrefs to monitor technical health and identify growth opportunities.
• Regularly analyze and report on key SEO metrics providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve site performance and rankings.
• Ensure the website architecture aligns with the best practices and enhances search engine crawling and indexing

Technical Audits and OnPage SEO:

• Conduct regular technical audits to identify and resolve issues affecting site health and search performance.
• Implement onpage SEO techniques including optimizing metadata and internal linking.
• Analyze server logs to identify and resolve issues and ensure efficient crawl budget management.
• Optimize site speed and performance focusing on reducing load times and improving user experience. Implement best practices for HTML CSS and JavaScript optimization and leverage CDNs and caching strategies.
• Implement and manage structured data and schema markup.

Analysis:

• Analyze results and form and adjust the technical strategy accordingly.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards for monitoring organic SEO performance using tools such as Looker Studio.
• Conduct competitive analysis.
• Perform traffic drop analysis.

Extra:

• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends algorithms SEO tools and technologies integrating them into the workflow to enhance SEO efficiency and effectiveness.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to keep the SEO strategy at the cutting edge.
• Continuously refine and improve SEO strategies based on data analysis search engine guidelines and industry best practices.

Requirements

Its a perfect match if you have:

• Master of Google Search Console (GSC) Google Analytics (GA) Semrush.
• Proven track record of managing/leading teams dedicated to turbocharging page speed Page Experience CWV and Mobile Usability scores.
• WordPress development skills are a must and bonus points if youve danced in the SCRUM or Product role before.
• Prior experience in optimizing page speed and usability will set you apart from the crowd.
