Senior Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify datadriven solutions and insights via dashboards/reports.
• Utilize statistical techniques and data mining skills to analyze datasets.
• Design and implement data collection systems and strategies to ensure accurate and reliable data capture from various sources.
• Conduct thorough data cleaning validation and transformation to prepare datasets for analysis.
• Perform adhoc analysis and generate actionable insights to support strategic decisionmaking and operational improvements.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner using data visualization tools and presentations.
• Stay abreast of industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in data analytics and property development to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Statistics Mathematics Computer Science Economics or related field.
• Proven experience of 3 years as a data analyst or related role preferably in the property development or real estate industry.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and programming languages such as Python R SQL and/or SAS.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or similar software.
• Possesses strong analytical skills working with unstructured datasets.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing highquality accurate analysis and insights.
• Experience in processes supporting data structures metadata dependency and data transformation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams
