Job Description:
Weshine is based in Singapore & Indonesia. The Freelance UI/UX Designer were looking for will be responsible for crafting intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences. This role requires a blend of creativity and technical skills to design engaging and effective digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design and graphic design.

Key Responsibilities:

• UI/UX Design:
  • Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications that are both functional and visually appealing.
  • Create wireframes prototypes and highfidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
  • Collaborate with product managers developers and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
• Graphic Design:
  • Design marketing materials including banners ads social media graphics and email templates.
  • Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all digital and print materials.
  • Create icons illustrations and other graphic elements as needed.
• Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams to understand project requirements and deliver highquality designs.
  • Present design concepts and iterate based on feedback.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends tools and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design UI/UX Design or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in UI/UX design and graphic design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator XD) Sketch Figma and InVision.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects and graphic design work.
• Excellent understanding of design principles typography color theory and layout.
• Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript is a plus.
• Proficiency in English both written and verbal.
