Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Financial Planning and Forecasting: Developing financial projections and forecasting future financial performance based on historical data and market trends.
  • Budgeting: Creating and managing budgets for the organization ensuring alignment with strategic goals and monitoring adherence throughout the fiscal year.
  • Financial Reporting: Preparing regular financial reports including profit and loss statements balance sheets and cash flow statements. These reports are crucial for management decision making and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Risk Management: Identifying and assessing financial risks and implementing strategies to mitigate these risks. This includes managing liquidity credit interest rate and operational risks.
  • Financial Analysis: Conducting financial analysis to support strategic initiatives evaluating investment opportunities and assessing the financial feasibility of projects.
  • Financial Compliance: Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards both internally and externally (e.g. tax regulations financial reporting standards).
  • Strategic Financial Planning: Providing strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management contributing to the overall strategic direction of the organization.
  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders such as auditors financial institutions investors and regulatory bodies.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Leading and managing a team of finance professionals providing guidance coaching and development opportunities.
  • Technology and Systems Management: Overseeing financial systems and technologies to ensure efficient and accurate financial operations and reporting.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Skills

  • Financial Analysis: Ability to analyze financial data interpret trends and make recommendations based on findings.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Proficiency in creating budgets forecasting future financial performance and monitoring variances.
  • Financial Reporting: Experience in preparing financial statements (income statement balance sheet cash flow statement) and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
  • Strategic Planning: Capability to contribute to strategic decisionmaking by providing financial insights and analysis.
  • Risk Management: Knowledge of financial risks and ability to implement strategies to mitigate them.
  • Compliance: Understanding of financial regulations and standards ensuring adherence to them.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Ability to lead a team delegate tasks and provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical Skills: Critical thinking and problemsolving abilities to address complex financial issues.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software and systems (e.g. ERP systems financial modelling tools Excel).
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of the broader business environment and how financial decision impact organizational goals and strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in finance and accounting or professional certifications (e.g. CPA ACCA etc).
  • At least 35 years of relevant experience in similar role.
  • Relevant insurance and contact center (BPO) experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with financial regulations tax laws and compliance requirements is essential.
  • Experience in insurance or assistance industry.
  • Excellent written and spoken English. It would be an added advantage if candidate speaks Thai.

  1. Working Hour : 9AM 6PM
  2. Working Days : Monday Friday
  3. Hybrid working arrangement (3 days office 2 days home)
  4. Accepting applicants with current roles as Assistant Manager with relevant experience in similar role
