Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in performs Indoor Sales/Commercial functions.
- Provide supports to the Commercial Department in regards to administrative duties.
- Assisting the Senior Executive in liaising between officebased teams and outdoor sales/commercial teams.
- Support in handling all fresh customer inquiries for services in courteous and professional manner.
- Assist in updating and submission of all sales pipelines in a timely manner.
- Assist in coordinating meeting with internal/external customers and completes/circulates minutes of proceedings in a timely manner.
- Assist in coordinating contracts and administrative arrangements/approvals with AWSG and relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing quotations to customers and submits within stipulated time frame.
- Ensure that all sales contracts are updated and securely filed.
- Supports outdoor sales/commercial team in arranging for appointments/meetings.
- Assist in generating quality leads to outdoor sales with callstoaction dates complete profile information sources and other relevant uptodate client information.
- Actively making cold calls research and generate new leads for outdoor sales/commercial team.
- Assist in maintaining and updating database of customer and service provider price lists and service offerings.
- To undertake any additional assignment as instructed by the Company.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Diploma/Bachelors Degree
- Minimum 13 years of total working experience in a sales environment
- Selfstarter with a cando attitude
- Positive attitude with good business acumen
- Detailed systematic with strong organizational skills
- Works independently with minimum supervision
- Able to multi task duties with a high sense of urgency in completing tasks/assignments
- Service oriented with good communication skills and an outgoing personality
- Courteous professional with good interpersonal skills
- Team player and results oriented
- Able to handle company information with confidentiality and discretion
- Past field sales person who has interest in indoor sales work
- Good communication skills. Able to read and write fluently in Mandarin and English
- Possesses own transport and wiling to travel as and when required
- Good knowledge in Logistics/Warehousing and Shipping is preferred
- Knowledge in MS Office Power Point Word Excel Outlook
