QUALIFICATIONS
* Must be a fulltime graduate student in the Washington Metro Area preferably studying international relations political science governance international peace and conflict resolution or a related field.
* Excellent research editing and writing skills.
* Ability to review synthesize and articulate themes from across multiple disciplines and policy and research literatures.
* Experience in event planning.
* Previous research and office experience required.
USIPs Research Assistant program is administered through the Consortium of Universities in the Washington Metropolitan area. Any fulltime university student in the Washington area is eligible for these openings.
All USIP contract and employee positions are contingent upon the favorable completion of a suitability background investigation.
Compensation is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
