Job Description

We are hiring Staff Nurses Cardiology Clinic in a Private Hospital in Dublin Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
- Answering in real time at the time of booking any questions patients may have about medications and clinical matters.
- working closely with the scheduling staff for the cath lab as well as the outpatient care team
- Educating patients on cardiovascular diseases
- Informing them of preventative measures
- Counseling the patients
- Help diagnose and treat cardiovascular events
- Assist in performing diagnostic tests such as ECGs
- Interact with the patients as well as their families pre and post treatment
- Evaluate and monitor heart related devices such as pacemakers
- Monitor the patient and their vitals especially cardiovascular readings
- Assessing and interpreting lab results
Requirements
Registered general nurse
Be on the live register with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland
2 years post qualification experience in an acute care setting
Cardiology experience/knowledge essential
Be on the live register with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland
