BIM Modeler

Our client is a professional construction and project management company providing services to private and public sector clients in Thailand.

Position: BIM Modeler 3 Positions

Contract Term: 1 Year Contract *Renew Under Vinarco

Working Hours: 5 Days/Week 08.00 17.00 Hrs.

Location: Rama 4 Road Bangkok Near BTS and MRT

Starting Date: ASAP

Job Purpose:

BIM modelers are critical to transforming design and construction information. They create and manage digital models the foundation of BIM which serve as virtual representations of the physical building project.

Responsibilities:

• Create initial BIM models from shop drawings and information available from various parties.
• Ensures that BIM models created follow the criteria and objectives as instructed by the BIM Manager.
• Monitor modeling/update drawing & constantly reporting/coordinating with the BIM Manager.
• Follow directions and advice as instructed by the BIM Manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Architecture or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in BIM within the Engineering and Construction business. Must be able to oversee Civil Structure and Architect all disciplines of BIM work.
  
• Familiar with Autodesk Revit Navisworks and Construction Cloud.
  
• Knowledge of advanced Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) methods.
• Ability to produce both model and construction drawings (For con up to the workshop Asbuilt).
• Strong collaborative interpersonal and timemanagement skills.
• Able to communicate in English.
