Join our client's established team as a Residential Site Manager, known for their outstanding delivery of medium density projects across Melbourne. As a Site Manager you will oversee double and triple storey townhome projects from inception to completion. You will be a key member of the organisation and construction team, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality homes.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of construction on-site, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
  
  
• Supervising construction of double & triple storey townhomes at varying stages of the building process.
  
  
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  
  
• Enforce strict safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
  
  
• Coordinate with subcontractors and tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution.
  
  
• Communicate regularly with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress.
  
  
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure adherence to the client's standards and specifications.
  
  

What you will bring to the role

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Manager in Residential projects, preferably in Volume or Medium Density.
  
  
• Proven track record in overseeing 15-18 sites consecutively.
  
  
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence.
  
  
• A commitment to upholding the client's reputation for quality and customer satisfaction.
  
  
• Trade background would be highly regarded
  
  
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
