Job Title: Warehouse Packer Location: Kettering

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Salary: 11.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Select and package items for shipment and delivery.
• Locate items within the warehouse.
• Pack goods into containers.
• Update customer invoices.
• Pick and pack envelopes
• Work on the end of a production line boxing and palletising

Requirements

Main Duties

• Picking & Packing of customer orders efficiently and accurately while maintaining high packing standards.
• Ensuring individual daily/monthly KPI targets are met.
• Dispatching of orders via multiple carriers.
• Replenishing of Pick Face Locations.
• Ensuring the standard of the warehouse is maintained and kept clean and tidy.
• Adhering to all Health and Safety compliance policies and procedures in place.
• Any other reasonable request set by management.

Essential Criteria:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a warehouse environment.
• Good level of understanding and spoken English.
• Ability to take direction and following instruction.
• A strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and develop.
