Using a scalable B2B SaaS approach we assist publishers and learning platforms in captivating students and optimizing learning outcomes on their digital learning platforms.

As the Product Owner for the customer frontend (Taskbase Cockpit) at Taskbase you are responsible for managing the interface that allows users to interact with Taskbases technology. This technology provides all the necessary tools to prepare customers learning products for the AI age offering features such as personalized feedback and analytics out of the box. The Cockpit enables easy setup review and monitoring.

Tasks

• Translate product roadmap features into welldefined product requirements including features user stories and acceptance test criteria.
• Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog for assigned products balancing the requirements of stakeholders.
• Work with crossfunctional teams and various stakeholders including design/user experience engineering and customer experience
• Work in an Agile environment and continuously review the business needs refine priorities outline milestones and deliverables and identify opportunities and risks.
• Partner with the head of product to inform the product vision strategy features and prioritization.
• Plan releases and upgrades
• Follow progress of work conduct final testing as well as prioritize and address production issues during engineering sprints

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business IT or related field or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years experience as Product Owner
• Strong skill set to gather requirements and document business processes
• Strong communication presentation articulation skills
• Fluent English German skills are a plus but not required
• Experience working with agile methodologies
• Ideally experience in edtech space or similar

Which technologies/ tools you should ideally be familiar with:

• Jira
• Basic Programing knowledge
• Basic knowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript
• Basic understanding of Angular
