Description:
We are looking for an experienced IVR/Chatbot Developer to manage and develop advanced IVR applications and integrate speech recognition systems. This role will involve working with thirdparty integrations and various communication protocols to enhance CX systems. Required 7 to 10 years of experience resource.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage IVR and chatbot solutions natural language understanding (NLU) systems and grammars.
Implement thirdparty integrations with AWS Lambda (NodeJS and/or Python) Lex Amelia Polly and CRM systems like Salesforce.
Utilize web services APIs and other communication protocols to integrate IVR systems with other computer systems (e.g. SOAP VXML SQL XML REST).
Design develop and support advanced IVR applications in an objectoriented programming language.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: Advanced understanding of IVR technology telecommunications devices networks software and systems.
Integration: Experience with thirdparty integrations and crosssystem communication protocols.
Development: Proficient in software development using objectoriented programming languages.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with building and integrating Google CCAI solutions.
