Job Description
Role Description
The Design Officer for Solidworks will be responsible for creating and modifying 3D models of our products using Solidworks software. They will also need to have experience in drafting rendering and simulation. The ideal candidate should have a bachelors degree in engineering or a related field and at least three years of experience in using Solidworks. The Design Engineer will be responsible for daytoday tasks related to design engineering mechanical engineering computeraided design (CAD) electrical engineering and product design.
Qualifications
- Design Engineering and Mechanical Engineering skills
- Proficiency in ComputerAided Design (CAD): Solidworks and Autocad
- Electrical Engineering knowledge
- Product Design experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
- Experience in the transformer industry is a plus
