Senior Network Engineer

1. Network Design and Implementation:

• Design implement and manage complex network solutions to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain network architecture ensuring high availability scalability and security.

1. Routing and Switching:

• Configure and troubleshoot advanced routing and switching protocols.
• Ensure optimal network performance and reliability through proactive monitoring and tuning.

1. Firewall and Security:

• Implement and manage firewall solutions to safeguard network infrastructure.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential threats.

1. Load Balancer Management:

• Deploy and manage load balancing solutions to ensure efficient distribution of network traffic.
• Optimize load balancer configurations for high availability and performance.

1. Data Center Operations:

• Oversee data center operations including network infrastructure setup maintenance and upgrades.
• Ensure seamless connectivity and integration with cloudbased and onpremises data centers.

1. Team Management:

• Lead and manage an onsiteoffshore team of network engineers.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment ensuring effective communication and coordination.

1. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations changes and procedures.
• Provide regular status reports and updates to stakeholders and management.

• Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Experience: 1215 years of experience in network engineering.
• Certifications: CCNA and CCNP are required; CCIE is a plus.
• Technical Expertise:
• Proficiency in routing and switching protocols.
• Strong knowledge of firewall technologies and network security practices.
• Experience with load balancers and data center operations.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage and lead an onsiteoffshore team effectively.
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.

• Experience with cloud networking (AWS Azure GCP).
• Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages (Python Ansible).
• Knowledge of network monitoring and management tools.

• This is a remote position based in India.
• Flexible working hours may be required to coordinate with global teams.
