Role & Responsibilities
- Actively engaging with Clevel / CXOlevel executives from organizations with over 1000 employees.
- Effectively presenting our Enterprise recruitment and talent engagement solutions.
- Building and managing relationships with prospects ensuring regular followups.
- Conceptualizing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive sales volume.
Ideal Candidate
- Demonstrates sales aptitude and is assertive persistent good listener and selfmotivated.
- Has excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is selfconfident with the ability to work well in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Is analytically strong with excellent problemsolving skills.
- Is able to work independently as well as with the team.
