Job Description

Overview:

As a Relationship Manager at a top insurance company in India your role is crucial in maintaining and expanding the companys client base. You will be responsible for nurturing existing client relationships acquiring new clients and promoting various insurance products and services to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hybrid Position PAN India and reporting to regional office
  • Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the client base and increase product penetration.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and deliver engaging presentations about insurance products.
  • Understand clients specific needs and propose suitable insurance solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Participate in networking events and insurance industry conferences to enhance brand visibility.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of integrity and compliance.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Finance or related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role in the insurance industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of various insurance products and services.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Sound knowledge of CRM software and MS Office suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Professional certification such as LOMA or CII will be advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and hold a valid drivers license.
