Job Description

🌍 Where you’ll do it: Chennai or Bangalore

🏁 An initial screening of the resume leads to a 3-stage interview process lasting at least a week: ➡️ 15-20 minute HR chat ➡️ 1 -hour Technical Round 1(Pair Programming )➡️1 -hour Technical Round 2 (Pair Programming )➡️ 1 -hour final interview with the CEO/CFO to assess a culture fit

What You'll do?

• Engage with clients to understand their business needs, goals, and technical requirements.

• Develop technical proposals and solutions tailored to meet client requirements.

• Create high-level and detailed architecture documents, including system diagrams and technical specifications.

• Conduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives to validate technology choices.

• Provide technical leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring alignment with the architectural vision.

• Coordinate with other architects, developers, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment. Also collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

• Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with architectural principles and quality standards.

• Ensure that security, performance, and scalability considerations are integrated into the design and implementation.Implement APIs, middleware, and other integration solutions as needed.

What You will bring?

• Must be very strong in two or more backend technologies

(Java - Golang - Python - .Net - db2)

• Databases - two or more ( Oracle, Mysql, cassandra, elastic search)

• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project progress, technical issues, and resolutions.

• Address client feedback and incorporate it into ongoing and future projects.

• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

• Continuously seek opportunities to improve architectural processes and solutions offered to clients.

• Explore and introduce new technologies and methodologies that can add value to client projects.

• Lead innovation initiatives and contribute to the company’s strategic technical direction.
