UIUX Designer - Master-Works

Responsibilities:

• Create and design intuitive userfriendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and gather insights to inform usercentered design decisions.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product managers developers and other stakeholders to define and prioritize features and functionality.
• Develop wireframes prototypes and visual designs that effectively communicate the functionality and user experience of the product.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve the user experience.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the implementation of designs maintaining a cohesive and highquality user experience.
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and usability.
• Advocate for the user ensuring that design decisions are rooted in user needs and goals.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create visually appealing and consistent brand materials.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are efficiently implemented and visually consistent across platforms and devices.
• Conduct user research user interviews and usability testing to understand user needs and preferences.

Requirements

Education

1. B.S. or B.A. in Design Computer Science or related field.

Experience

1) A minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of usercentered design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch Adobe XD Figma or similar.
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as InVision or Axure.

Skills:

• Solid understanding of usercentered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography color and layout.
• Experience with responsive design and designing for multiple devices and platforms.
• Familiarity with frontend development technologies such as HTML CSS and JavaScript.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and decisions to crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong problemsolving and criticalthinking skills.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with user research methods and tools is a plus.
• Experience with motion design and animation is a plus.
