Job Description

The Role
Our client is leading hospitality and service provider in KSA and currently seeking an Operations Manager. The role is based in the Jeddah KSA You will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing a largescale project for our prestigious client in the aviation sector. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating a team of professionals in the electrical mechanical civil and Building Management Systems (BMS) disciplines to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of the clients facility. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all operations and maintenance activities at the clients MRO facility ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team consisting of electrical mechanical civil and BMS specialists providing guidance support and development opportunities. Develop and implement strategic plans for optimizing facility performance costefficiency and sustainability. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and address operational challenges implement process improvements and drive continuous innovation. Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess equipment functionality safety measures and regulatory compliance. Prepare and manage budgets schedules and resource allocation for various maintenance projects and initiatives.

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Facilities Management Engineering or a related field Proven experience 8 years in facilities management particularly in largescale project Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team. Excellent communication negotiation and problemsolving capabilities. Indepth knowledge of facility operations maintenance practices and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in budget management project planning and performance monitoring. Certification in facilities management (e.g. CFM FMP IWFM CIBSE) is a plus. Willingness to travel for work across multiple locations as needed.
