A Day in the Life

• Strategic Leadership: Spearhead the implementation of regional medical strategies ensuring alignment with national objectives and maximizing market share within the Eastern Territories.
• Sales Force Optimization: Provide inspirational leadership and coaching to a highperforming team of Medical Representatives driving sales performance and exceeding targets.
• DataDriven Insights: Conduct indepth analysis of sales data market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisionmaking.
• KOL Engagement: Cultivate and manage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the dermatology field leveraging their expertise to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
• Scientific Expertise : Maintain uptodate knowledge of dermatological science clinical studies and product innovations to provide expert guidance and support to the team

Who You Are

• Pharmaceutical Expertise: Possess a Pharmacy Degree with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a medical sales role within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ideally with a focus on dermatology.
• Leadership Acumen: Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills with a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing and motivating highperforming teams to achieve ambitious goals.
• Analytical Prowess: Exhibit strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex data identify trends and translate insights into actionable business strategies.
• Relationship Builder: Excel at building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders including KOLs healthcare professionals and internal crossfunctional teams.
• ResultsOriented: Possess a relentless drive for results with a proven track record of exceeding targets and delivering exceptional business outcomes.
