• Collaborate with your Product Manager to develop effective solutions that increase our customers success.
• Write high quality software by applying the techniques of the software development craftsmanship
• Review and test your features and those developed by your colleagues by doing thorough codereviews
• Ship your solutions and make sure they achieve what they are built for

Your superpower

• You dont need to know every detail of how to solve a problem because you understand the business case behind it and you can make pragmatic decisions.
• You are able to tackle legacy code and make small refactorings without breaking it.
• You take ownership of a task and will do whatever is necessary to finish it. (You understand yourself as a problem solver not a coder)
• You understand CodeQuality outside of Frameworks
• Fluent in both written and spoken English (minimum C1)
• Technology stack:
  • Testdriven development with PHP unit and integration test
  • Knowledge with MySQL/MariaDB
  • Experience working with docker and containers
  • Experience with kubernetes
  • (nice to have) Experience in Domain Driven Design
  • (nice to have) quality tools like phpstan sonarlint phpcs psalm deptrac
