Your main tasks will include:

• Leading the system architecture design development and maintenance of scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails.
• Providing technical leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers.
• Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to define and implement technical solutions that meet business requirements.
• Driving architectural decisions and ensuring the implementation of best practices in software development.
• Identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks and optimizing the overall system performance.
• Participating in code reviews providing constructive feedback and ensuring high code quality standards.

You are right with us if:

• You have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• You have proven experience (5 years) in developing largescale web applications with Ruby on Rails.
• You have a strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
• You are proficient in frontend technologies (JavaScript HTML CSS) and frameworks (React Angular etc.).
• You have experience with RESTful APIs and thirdparty integrations.
• You have a solid knowledge of database systems (PostgreSQL MySQL) and data modelling and you are familiar with cloud platforms (AWS Azure Google Cloud) and DevOps practices.
• You have excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work in a fastpaced collaborative environment.
• You have strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
