UIUX Designer mfd

ENYRING GmbH a new technology company founded by Yamaha Motor offers swappable batteries for ebikes on a subscription basis to individuals and companies. Together with European partners ENYRING is creating a closed loop in which recycled materials are used to manufacture new products. This new initiative promotes a sustainable recyclingoriented society and reduces time and financial stress for users of electric bicycles.

Tasks

• Oversee UI/UX Design: You will manage and oversee the UI/UX design for our mobile app battery swapping service ecommerce platform and subscription payment service.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Youll work closely with product managers developers and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
• User Research & Testing: Youll conduct user interviews surveys and usability tests to gather insights and inform design decisions. Analyzing user feedback and data will be a key part of your role.
• Design & Prototyping: Youll create wireframes prototypes and highfidelity designs for mobile and web applications using design tools such as Sketch Figma Adobe XD and more.
• Maintain Design Systems: Youll establish and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Vendor Management: Youll manage requirements and control deliverables from external vendors to ensure quality and consistency.
• Present & Communicate: Youll present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and incorporate their feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Educational Background: You should have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Design HumanComputer Interaction a related field or similar education.
• Experience: You need proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on mobile apps and web applications. Experience in mobility product design and IoT solutions is a plus.
• Technical Skills: You should be proficient in design software (Sketch Figma Adobe XD) and prototyping tools (Marvel Axure Principle). Familiarity with user research tools (UserTesting Hotjar Google Analytics) is important.
• Analytical Skills: You need a strong ability to conduct and analyze user research usability tests and feedback.
• Communication Skills: You should be able to present design concepts and solutions effectively to stakeholders.
• Collaborative Spirit: You must be able to work collaboratively with product managers developers and other stakeholders.
• Project Management: Experience in managing external vendors and ensuring the quality and consistency of deliverables is essential.
