CEO Associate - Intern

Our mission is to streamline marketing efforts enhance content creation and boost campaign performance for businesses of all sizes. We are looking for a highly motivated CEO Associate Intern with exceptional writing and organizational skills to join our dynamic team.

Tasks

Assist the CEO with daily administrative tasks and calendar management.

Conduct research and prepare presentations for internal and external meetings.

Organize and maintain files and records ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

Collaborate with different departments to gather information and complete projects.

Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO.

Requirements

Masters degree in Business Administration Communications Marketing or a related field.

Strong writing skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail.

Exceptional selforganizational skills and ability to multitask.

Proactive and selfmotivated with a strong sense of responsibility.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.

Proficient in Canva and Google Workspace.

Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
