Job Description

Job Title: Head of Sales

As we continue to expand our operations we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales team to new heights.

Position Overview:

As the Head of Sales you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives. You will lead a team of sales professionals drive business growth and foster strong relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Developing Sales Strategy: Create and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.

2. Team Leadership: Lead mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.

3. Sales Performance Management: Monitor sales metrics analyze performance data and take corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

4. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients understand their needs and address concerns promptly.

5. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of industry trends.

6. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing product development and other departments to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

7. Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and capabilities.

8. Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare sales forecasts budgets and reports for senior management providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Minimum 15 years of sales experience with at least 5 years in a senior sales role in the technology / ICT industry.

Experience in B2B sales is essential.

Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles preferably in the IT industry.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving targets.

Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Strategic thinker with a resultsdriven mindset and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
