Duties/Responsibilities:
- Executes daily inventory analysis; identifies and resolves discrepancies and problems.
- Ensure supply chain of material/inputs
- Implementation and upgradation of inventory policies/SOPs
- Analyse daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages
- Ensures milestones and goals are met.
- Ensures adherence to approved budget and analysis.
- Liasioning with Inventory auditor and implement control/preventive measures
- Implement cost reduction measures
- Performs additional related duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Hires and trains Inventory Control staff.
- Oversees the job assignments and activities of Inventory Control staff.
Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities:
- 8 years of experience (Must have jewellery industry exposure)
- Any Graduate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Thorough understanding of inventory policies and procedures.
Functional skills required
- Good grip on MS excel
- Excellent Knowledge of Jewellery manufacturing
- Analytical skills
