Job Description
SUPPORT APPLICATIF
- Exp rience sur Windows Server Linux (RedHat) tant un avantage.
- Gestion d un environnement Active Directory DNS certificats.
- Powershell/scripting.
- SQL Server.
- Support applicatif en L2/L3 ou exp rience approchante.
- Notions ITIL.
- Gestion et suivi ticketing/incident (interne et avec support externe).
- Capacit de reporting.
- Autonomie et autoformation.
- Exp rience en support.
- Coordination entre services pour r solution ticket/incident.
- Reporting sur ticketing.
Pour un profil plus junior il nous faut minima les connaissances th oriques d un admin syst me donc plus centr sur les points suivants :
- Windows Server Linux (RedHat).
- VMware Azure/AWS.
- Contain risation (Docker Kubernetes).
- Active Directory DNS certificats.
- Powershell/scripting.
- Tomcat/Apache.
- Notions ITIL.
- Capacit de reporting.
- Autonomie et autoformation.
