QA Functional Tester Senior

• Define and implement effective product test strategies and release test plans
  
• Analyse and test applications to identify bugs and detect potential improvements
  
• Collaborate with the development team to resolve issues and enhance software quality
  
• Stay uptodate with the latest testing tools and techniques
  
• Contribute to an agile testing culture and continuous delivery
  
• Define test cases for web and optionally mobile applications
  
• Monitor web application content and functionality with manual tests
  
• Identify and document defects and inconsistencies
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in designing manual tests for web applications and REST APIs
  
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
  
• Experience in creating test plans
  
• Great experience with GIT and Azure DevOps
  
• Nice to have but not required: Jira XRay Postman Swagger and Azure Test Plans
  
• Experience with test case definition and eagerness to learn Gherkin and BDD
  
• Familiarity with REST and HTTP protocols
  
• High level of English proficiency
  
• ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level in Software Testing
  
• Degree level or equivalent preferably in Information Technology or related
  
• Office work 2 days per week (in Alicante) is a must
