Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are actively seeking a dedicated & enthusiastic person to join our team. This is a PT position with the potential to develop into a FT Sales Lead Team Leader. High Commission & Bonus Structure. The position is remote however the candidate MUST live within a 50 mile radius of our Tampa office for meetings.
The Lead Generation Representative will be responsible of the lead generation and nurture daily sales lead campaigns utilizing a newly developed integrated strategy within our company.
*A competitive assertive personality with the ability to operate effectively independently in a highpressure & high risk sales environment is a MUST.*

This position plays a crucial role in creating implementing and reinforcing best practices & procedures to make the lead generation discipline and the Sales/Account Services team successful.

Additionally the person will play a key role in contacting our book of business and establishing relationships with CLevel Professionals (CEOs GM VPs CE Engineers Architects & HR Corporate) to introduce our services log entries information into our Sales software & setup appointments for outside Sales Team.


Requirements

1. Must possess excellent communication skills both oral and written and be skilled in Selling via Multiple Channels successfully
2. Must be able to independently develop new prospects in a highly competitive environment and follow up as needed.
3. Ability to multitask daily projects commitments and employ structured selling methods is required.
4. Must have a strong inner drive and selfdiscipline proficiency in EXCEL Word PowerPoint are Required.
5. Must have experience with software solutions utilizing ROI and other value added selling approaches familiarity and experience with long sales process.
