Job Description

The trainer will be responsible for evaluating the needs and current practices and creating and delivering training courses with materials instructions exercises and learning resources.
The ideal candidate will be a confident public speaker and a devoted educator who is uptodate on the latest tools and resources needed to improve participants knowledge skills and performance.

Trainer Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assess training needs
  • Conduct surveys and interviews
  • Consult with other trainers and managers
  • Track and compile collected data
  • Conceptualise training materials based on data and research
  • Communicate training needs and online resources
  • Conduct training through new materials
  • Review participants performance and learning

Requirements

  • Certified trainer or gifted public speaker
  • Bachelor s degree in a related field
  • Conducted at least 10 training courses
  • Proficient computer skills Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint and Excel) and Google Workspace
  • Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels and ages
  • Able to multitask prioritise and manage time efficiently
